"I liked the photographs and the fact she had good reviews on Yelp so I decided to give Kate a call. She was very professional and handled my order perfectly. It was also convenient because I could pay her with Zelle.

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and ready right on time. Her commitment to customer service really shone when she tried to contact the recipient and found out that she was out of town for the summer!

Of course, I didn't know this and had to scramble to come up with an alternate plan. I ended up sending the flowers to another friend in Miami and sent deepest apologies to my friend who was out of town.

The new recipient was about an hour away from Kate, and she charged me a very modest additional fee to deliver the flowers the same day.

One thing I need to emphasize is that Kate is an excellent communicator. She is very good with text messages and is johnny on the spot with any questions or updates.
